The personnel were really helpful. The room was extremely spacious, had an individual safe, central heating, and a work desk, I appreciated it. The breakfast choices were delicious with different juices, meats plus cheeses😃👍

Loved the spacious room with a private entrance - felt like a VIP. Breakfast was yummy.
Oh, the joy of staying in the middle of nowhere with limited dinner options and no soap in the bathroom. Such a privilege!

This hotel is a gem! The rooms are newly refurbished and very cozy, with a spacious bathroom and a delightful walk-in shower. The attention to detail is superb, with complimentary water and a small fridge in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast is a highlight, prepared with lots of love for detail and offering a variety of options including different juices, coffees, fruits, cereals. Everything is delicious and plentiful. The location is awesome, right in front of the Reno river and next to the 7334 bus stop. Just one small improvement could be having soap at the sink for washing hands. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Plus, the views of the surrounding countryside are simply breathtaking.
It's a shame that the hotel's restaurant was closed on the Saturday evening I stayed, as I had heard great things about it.

The room was spacious with a private entrance and a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom was also large with a walk-in shower and complimentary shampoo and conditioner. the on-site restaurant offered good meals that were included in the breakfast, which was adequate.
The location was a bit secluded, making it difficult to find places to grab water, drinks, or supplies for the next day. the lack of communication from the hotel regarding the check-in process was a bit disappointing.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly greeted by accommodating hosts who offered us a free travel pass and went the extra mile by providing us with a walk-in shower and a small fridge in our spacious, clean bedroom.
we were disappointed to find out that the hotel's restaurant was closed for a private event on the evening of our arrival, as we were hoping to enjoy a meal there.
